The Assessment

Welcome! You have been asked to complete an online assessment. Personnel Decisions International (PDI) has partnered with the organisation sponsoring your assessment to provide an objective, valid and reliable contribution to information gathered as part of a selection or development process. The exercises you will be completing have been tailored to match the competencies relevant to the position for which you are applying or are directly related to development within your current or future roles.

We recommend that you complete the assessment well rested. Please also ensure that you are free from distractions or interruptions for the duration, particularly for timed ability exercises. You may take a break a the end of one exercise before starting another , however please do not stop in the middle of any assessment Additionally, if you have been asked to complete more than one assessment, it is preferable that you complete all of them in one sitting.

Timeframes for each exercise are given in the detailed instructions which will precede the questions you will undertake. Please ensure you complete each assessment carefully by following the instructions provided.

If you have any difficulties with access or connectivity, please alert your Test Administrator as soon as possible.

When you select ‘Continue’ below, you will be asked to complete 1) a Consent Form, which allows PDI to provide the sponsoring organisation with a summary of your results, 2) a Pre-Assessment Interview Form, which ensures that you are commencing the assessment under optimum conditions to allow you to perform at your best.
